Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• To work as an Independent contributor in a sprint team developing, enhancing and maintaining Mission critical platform software.
  Work in an agile team environment with the responsibility of being able to work in all phases of software development lifecycle.
  Maintain integrity and work ethics within the team.

Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development and Verification
Excellent understanding of system software concepts, binary executables, debug information, OS concepts.
Strong C programming skills with good knowledge in Linux shell scripting, Python, XML (Markup language).
Strong RTOS concepts with experience on working with Multicore/Multi-Threading using VxWorks.
Good knowledge on processors and their architecture (ARM, PowerPC etc.).
Expertise with Software Configuration Management and Change Control Process (DOORS, JAMA, SVN, JIRA, GIT etc.).
Experience in using embedded development tools, debuggers, JTAG, Lauterbach, and Analyzers.
Knowledge on Python, Shell scripting, Batch files is an added advantage
Good to have exposure to ARINC 653 software specification.
Avionics knowledge is desirable.
Skills are:
1. Embedded Fundamentals and Embedded C expertise
2. RTOS (VXWorks/LYNXOS )
3. IPC, Multithreading, Interrupt handling
4. Lauterbach, Trace 32, Target debugging
5. Networking concepts - Client server, HTTP, AFDX

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
