Review code submissions to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to engineering best practices Clarify technical doubts and guide the team through complex problem-solving and architectural decisions Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify requirements, communicate team questions, and ensure alignment on deliverables Design and oversee the development of scalable microservices supporting the virtual assistant platform Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and successful deployment of ML models in production environments Lead and mentor the backend engineering team, conducting regular 1:1 meetings for guidance, feedback, and professional growth

You are a successful candidate if you have

Strong experience in Golang development with proven track record in production systems Extensive experience building and maintaining high-traffic microservices and distributed systems Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration Proficiency with AWS services including S3, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, ECR, ECS, and EKS Working knowledge of Helm and Terraform for infrastructure automation and management Experience with Datadog for monitoring, observability, and system performance analytics Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices
