Job Description

The Lead Engineer - Quality Assurance will be responsible for

establishing, managing, and continuously improving quality systems

across the electronics manufacturing lifecycle. The role involves

end-to-end ownership of incoming, in-process, outgoing, and customer quality

, working closely with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to drive

zero-defect performance

and long-term product reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and continuously improve

quality systems, standards, and policies

. Develop and maintain

quality MIS and statistical reports

. Partner with

reliability and testing teams

to achieve zero-defect goals. Lead

root cause analysis and troubleshooting

across product and process issues (incoming material to finished goods). Monitor

product performance from design stage through field usage (including beyond warranty)

. Translate quality standards into

operational controls

and ensure compliance. Manage

Incoming, Process, Outgoing, and Customer Quality

. Conduct regular

quality reviews

and drive corrective and preventive actions.

Technical & Quality Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with

Core Quality Tools

: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, DFM, Poka-Yoke, 7 QC Tools. Knowledge of

process capability, reliability engineering, and statistical quality control

. Experience with

electronics manufacturing processes

: SMT, wave soldering, PCB assembly, end-of-line testing, potting. Exposure to

continuous improvement methodologies

: 5S, Kaizen, QCC, Six Sigma. Knowledge of

RoHS compliance

and quality standards:

ISO 9001, ISO 14001 (EMS), IATF 16949, IPC, ESD
