About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Developer who is aspiring to transition into a Software Architect role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a development team, designing high-level system architecture, and ensuring the successful execution of software projects. This role demands a strong technical foundation, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable and maintainable systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers across the full software development lifecycle. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and high-level design documentation. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints. Oversee project progress, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in software engineering. Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and testing processes. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical challenges. Contribute to strategic technology decisions and roadmap planning.

Technical Stack

Primary Technologies:

Programming Languages: Python, JavaScript Frameworks & Libraries: Angular, nodejs, tauri Containerization & Deployment: Docker, CI/CD tools

Preferred Secondary Skills:

Experience with HL7 messaging standards (v2.x, v3.x, FHIR) Familiarity with DICOM studies communication and parsing Exposure to healthcare interoperability protocols and standards

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on software development experience. Proven experience in leading development teams and delivering complex projects. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. Experience with containerized applications and deployment pipelines. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Prior experience in healthcare domain is a plus.
