1. Vehicle Diesel, Flex, Gasoline & Hybrid Engine system - Should have a clear understanding of internal combustion engine and its sub systems
2. AdvanceTest driving skills
3. Vehicle Diesel, Flex, Gasoline & Hybrid Engine system evaluation & working principle know how
4. RWUP Vehicle Diesel, Flex, Gasoline & Hybrid Engine system awareness
5. Vehicle Diesel, Flex, Gasoline & Hybrid Engine system related concerns - trouble shooting, can able to do basis checks
6. Result analysis & Reporting
7. Risk assesment cababilities.
8. Strong cross functional communication and mangement
9. Drive,Motivate and manage the team for effecective and efficient deliverable.
10. Resource planning and budget management.
11. Field concerns analysis, trouble shooting & tracking for closure
12. Based on Field failure analysis & PDCA cycle development
13. Create databanks for future project DFMEA feedback
14. Development & Field concern root cause analysis and resolution.
15. Need to have casting and machining process knowledge
16. Calibration - having exposure to work on Calibration tools like INCA, Vector tools.
