We are currently seeking a Lead Engineer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

IT Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) I Job Summary: Responsible for developing and deploying integrated solutions aimed at modernizing, consolidating and coordinating the independently designed applications within and across the enterprises. Job Duties: Determines how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, Web interfaces and/or hardware logic, which may be currently operating on multiple platforms, work together to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements. Develops methods to efficiently reuse existing components. Works with users to gather business requirements, performs database analysis, codes and tests middleware routines to ensure successful and seamless communication among the various IT systems and applications components. Participates in component and data architecture design, software product evaluation and buy vs. build recommendations. Possesses skills and knowledge of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) methodologies and processes such as object-oriented programming, distributed, cross-platform program communication using message brokers with Common Object Request Broker Architecture, enterprise wide content and data distribution using common databases and data standards implemented with the Extensible Markup Language (XML), middleware applications and message queuing approaches. Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree and 3+ years of experience. A master\'s degree may be preferred. Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager. Competencies: Technical expertise. Debugging skills. Problem-solving skills. Design expertise.
IT ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Configurer Job Summary: Configures the ERP system of an organization to meet functional requirements. Job Duties: Manages the configuration of system operations, to balance the multitude of functionalities within an ERP system. Assess the options available through the ERP system vendor and tailors the applications to optimally meet the needs of the organization. Sets configuration tables, creates prototypes, data interface design, and data migration and reconciliation. Liaisons with programmers, project owners, analysts, and other ERP personnel on matters of functional mapping. Fixes bugs within the system as errors occur. May assist in providing user training. Experience and Education: Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor. Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree and 4 to 6 years of experience. Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager. Competencies: Technical expertise. Debugging skills. Problem-solving skills. Design expertise.
IT ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/Oracle-PS Prog. I Job Summary: Programs enterprise applications using ORCL-PS languages. Job Duties: Helps to develop, configure, program, and maintain ERP systems and applications to support business processes and functions. Converts data, develops code, tests applications, and coordinates patch and code deployments. Provides for technical documentation throughout all phases of installment. Works with project stakeholders and business analysts on matters of functional requirements that could be resolved through specific programming languages. Makes certain that programming allows interrelated departments to have access to needed information. Stays abreast of emerging enhancements in ERP programming languages. Has knowledge of Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle JDeveloper, PL/SQL, HTML, APIs, COBOL, and other applications or languages. Experience and Education: Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree and 3+ years of experience. Reports to: Typically reports to a department head or manager.
