Position: Lead MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead MERN Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable applications, leading development teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and guide the team in solving complex technical issues.
Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, estimation, and delivery within timelines.
Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of applications.
Stay updated with new technologies and propose improvements to enhance product quality.
Required Skills s Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred), REST APIs, and modern front-end development practices.
Experience leading or managing development teams.
Solid understanding of system architecture, cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), Git, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make technical decisions and guide team members.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
