Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer with strong expertise in C++, Python, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software systems in containerized environments. You will be responsible for leading small teams, collaborating with global stakeholders, and contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in

requirement analysis

of software applications. Understand and contribute to the

architecture and design

of existing microservice-based applications. Take

ownership

of assigned tasks including new feature implementation, bug fixes, and enhancements. Collaborate with

Lead and mentor

development teams of up to 5 members, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Perform

code reviews

Required Technical Skills:

Strong programming skills in

(Windows/Linux) with 4-6 years of experience. Proficiency in

such as GitLab, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of
