We are looking for a skilled React.js & Python developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase. We need a person proficient in Python (minimum 5+ years), with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.


To ensure success as a full stack developer you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of progressive web applications using Python. Ultimately, a top-class developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

Required Candidate profile

Expert in Python (minimum 5+ years), with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc. Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a react.js developer
In-depth and excellent knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages. Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic Implementation of security and data protection Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system Good understanding of SQL Server, rest APIs, excel datasets Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc. Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python Understanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes Strong unit test and debugging skills Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or SVN Fluent communication skill and understanding of Agile methodologies

Major / Primary Responsibilities:

Software Application Development in an Agile Product development environment Adhering to Agile Project management methodologies and meet client delivery schedules Understanding of functional requirements, requirements analysis, Design and estimation of tasks Development and Coding Adhering to coding standards, Unit Testing, and Integration Testing Perform Code review of peers Interaction with the clients / attending onsite meetings as and when required Technical migration, research, and development to assess platform migration RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
