We are looking for a bright and exceptional Technical Lead to join our core infrastructure technology team in Hyderabad/Gurugram. The Team The Infrastructure team is responsible for multiple functional areas which include Access & Identity Management, Linux Compute, Discovery, Networking, Observability, SDLC, and Storage, built on top of AWS, which provide the foundation upon which our customer-facing financial technology platform builds and runs. Infrastructure is a high-impact engineering team that builds new services, automates systems, integrates cloud & open source software, and operates critical systems depending on the needs of the firm. What you\'ll do: Be the owner and/or Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more subsystems or services. Lead by example, demonstrating strong engineering skills in areas including coding, code quality, code reviews, testing, scalability, documentation, etc. Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions, considering trade-offs of choices, making decisions independently where appropriate, and presenting reasoned options for decision making by others. Drive process improvements, efficiency, and evangelize engineering best practices. Be an active participant and promoter for written and transparent collaboration. Lead project execution, taking responsibility for moving projects forward. What you\'ll need: 6+ years of strong programming experience in Java, Python, React Good knowledge of SFTP, File Exchange, web technologies and AWS Proficient in configuring/developing tools and solutions for infrastructure team with exposure to Linux and Kubernetes Experience with tools and processes that will help you manage, understand, and debug large, complex distributed systems Attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work well in and across teams Excellent analytical, reasoning, and strong communication skills Arcesium and its affiliates do not discriminate in employment matters on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, age, military service eligibility, veteran status, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, or any other category protected by law.
