& Qualifications
The Engineer Will be responsible for validating AUTOSAR components developed by Ford. Will be developing and executing functional and integration test plans/suites for common components Will be responsible for testing them and automating these test suites Will be performing SIL/MIL/HIL tests Will be responsible for test case coverages Will be responsible for analyzing failures Will be setting up simulation environments Will be responsible for test setups for software solutions that span multiple domains.

Area of professional exposure (technical skills)
1. Experience in BSW, Crypto, Diag and Comm components will be an added advantage
2. Expertise in writing CAPL script is an added advantage
3. Should have experience in tools like Git, JIRA, Jenkins etc..
4. Should be a very good team player
5. Expected to communicate unambiguously with customers and be able to work with them
6. Should have knowledge on Agile methodologies and participate in Scrum/Stand up calls
7. Should strive to improve consistently and be proactive with requirements and customer
