Role Description
Expert in AMDOCS/EPC Catalogue and Databases (CRUD, bulk updates). Collaborates with dev teams on code integration, test data, and production changes. Prioritizes tasks, works off-hours for launches. Proficient in JIRA, SDLC (Agile), CMS frameworks, HTML, CSS. Strong documentation (Promotions, Plans, SFO, SPO, Devices in EPC and AEM). Detail-oriented, identifies content errors. Requires high-speed internet, Google Workspaces, video conferencing (Zoom, Slack, Blue Jeans, Webex). Strong cross-functional collaboration with Device Marketing, Go-to-Market, and IT.
Technical Skills

• Software development experience using Java & Spring Boot
• Familiar with Micro Service & Event-Driven architecture
• Experience in building RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with various data stores, relational databases in particular.
• Experience in UNIX or Shell scripting is a plus. Having knowledge in J2EE is an added advantage.
• Professional experience working in an agile development environment, SCRUM or Scaled Agile framework (SAFe)
• Strong communication skills and must be able to take decisions.
• Willing to work in a HYBRID environment.

B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.
