Job Title:

Lead Engineer

Overview:

In this role, the Lead Software Engineer performs the embedded Software and application development activities for multiple projects in the Power and Controls business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop Design requirements and code, integrate SW modules as per desired specifications.

• Develop SW modules and models as per the desired functionality.
• Testing the SW modules for testing the functionality.
• Understanding of the Build environment.
• SW documentation.
• Co-ordinate with the technical focals at the offsite and SBU.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in software or engineering based discipline.
• Knowledge of complete life-cycle of an embedded software system.
• Proficiency in C++ programming with good understanding of OOPS concepts.
• Good understanding of embedded concepts especially memory, cache, communication protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN, ARINC, PCIe, RS232/485, UART), hardware interfaces etc.
• Experience in Code generation using Simulink/Stateflow models
• Experience on using IDE\xe2\x80\x99s like CCS, MPLAB etc
• Experience in loading and debugging on target using emulator/debugger tools
• Good communication skills.
