Title: Lead Engineer JAVA Required Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ Electronics from reputed Institute
Desired Experience: 3-4 years
Job Objective: As a Back End Engineer enable high scale, reliable, high performance applications for solving customer needs. :

• Responsible for understanding functional and business requirements and translate them into effective code * Coordinate across multiple scrum teams in an Agile development lifecycle * Provide support till deployment of code into production * Ownership for ensuring code optimization, problem diagnosis and on time delivery * Implement solutions as per the pre-defined framework /guidelines and adherence to processes * Learn and update self with the leading practices of the technologies in play

Required Skills: * Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming * Design and implement scalable, reliable java microservices * Ensure uptime of 99.99 * Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java * Understanding of building a scalable and robust system * Understanding of Development Languages, Database, and cache, Server, API (REST & SOAP), etc.

• Understanding of distributed technology stacks like Apache Tomcat, Message Queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Caching ( Redis, aerospike, memcache etc.)

Desired Skills: * Ability to break complex projects into modules and propose effective solutions in view of capabilities of existing platforms and infrastructure.
