Dear Candidate, We at SEDEMAC are on the look-out for a Lead Engineer, Customer Quality Assurance to join our stellar Quality team. Major Responsibilities Lead the Customer Quality Assurance activities of the plant Executing CQA activities, regular visit at customer locations, Customer rejection data Update & monitor. Provide parts for RCA to relevant team like ME, OHA, AMA, testing of claim parts, database management and record keeping of same. Prepare RCA/8D for customer complaint/field rejection. PPAP documents preparation & submit to customer. Support to customer & resolve query/issue raised by customer over phone/email, record keeping of same. Prepare & conduct product training. Compile the data for Divisional quality metrics monitoring & CAPA execution. Understanding & implement customer\'s specific requirements. Identify potential risks, plan contingency & risk mitigation. Adherence to QMS, Customer\'s audits. Ensure corrective & preventive actions of gaps identified in audits & implementation of horizontal deployment, Raise DMRNvery. Technical Skills & Experience : Highly Electronics technical and Engine control units technical units know how. Automotive products knowledge Customer communication IATF 16949 knowledge QMS knowledge Customer compliant handling Manage third party/ customer audits IATF Core tools knowledge Problem solving tools 8D, FTA etc Knowledge of Electronics products manufacturing Team management Presentation skills Well versed with automotive industry culture Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Education & Experience B. E. /B.
