Job Responsibilities:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Proficient in CAD software Catia V5. Responsible for designing of Foam pads considering manufacturing & tooling feasibility. Responsible for documentation - OIL, Critical Design Reviews. Responsible for CCDR reviews & internal reviews bi-weekly. Responsible to visit manufacturing plants as required. Knowledge of foam guidelines. Knowledge of trim cover development, types of trim attachments. Knowledge of foam manufacturing, testing methods, build issues. Knowledge of complete seat for foam design. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration. Active participation in 8D analysis. Knowledge of global regulations & OEM requirements studies. Responsible to meet customer's deliverables with effective utilization of team. Ensure timely phase wise completion of all PDP deliverables. Responsible to create open issue lists. Responsible to create 2D & 3D in Catia V5. Good communication skills-written and verbal. Knowledge of data management best practices

Qualification & Experience:

BE/BTech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering 7-10 Year experience
