Overview
Role: Lead Developer, R&D(6-10Yrs)
Job Location - Bangalore
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
The successful applicant will work as part of one of our Product Development Teams in the domain of Transport Management on our Proof of Delivery (POD) product.
This is a highly collaborative and supportive environment. The team work alongside a Product Owner (PO), Product Architects and a Quality Assurance (QA) team, to ensure what is delivered meets client requirements. The team workload is driven by Dev-ops boards, and we work using Agile software development methodologies.
We are looking for a lead developer whose primary responsibility will be to drive forward the roadmap for our industry leading proof of delivery solution.
SCOPE
A proven track record of developing software solutions using C#
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Plan and document technical and functional specifications for features or system design, for use by the development team
• Work very closely with architect & architecture team and drive solutions.
• Lead and mentor the development team through the development lifecycle and ensure that design and quality standards are met
• Develop and maintain user software solutions for web applications.
• Adhere to , and promote, SOLID design principles
• Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices
• Collaborate with various development teams, business stakeholders and architects to establish goals and priorities for your scrum teams.

Support the wider business goals and processes, and drive team improvement throughout the development lifecycle
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Should have experience in developing applications using .NET, C# with Strong Design and Extensive Programming Skill

• Should have at least 5-8 years of experience in designing and developing applications on Windows platforms.
• Desirable to have Knowledge on Web API,
