(Qualification) BE or Diploma in Electrical or mechatronics min 10 to Years of experience in relevant field.
1. Exposure in Makino and mazak based machines
2. Trouble shoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns
3. Diagnosis faults and sound knowledge on Why why analysis
4. Exposure In preparation of corrective and preventive action
5. Prepare action plan for repeated and major breakdowns
6. Knowledge on machine coordinates and measuring systems
7. prepare schedules and execute the monthly and annual preventive maintenance
8. Exposure on TPM pillars
9. knowledge on machine calibration procedures
10. Knowledge on PLC ,omron,siemens,allen bradley
11. Knowledge on fanuc systems pro 5 & 6
12. Knowledge on siemens 802D 840D
13. Knowledge on Mazatrol system
14. A good team player with excellent problem solving skills
15. Prepare training schedule and execute
16. Exposure on ISO 9001 ,14001 AS9100
17. Exposure in handling audit and audit related NCR
18. An ability to work well in different shift under pressure
19. Good verbal and written communication skills
20. Supervising contractors engineers and technicians
21. Exposure in machine installation and commissioning
22. Exposure in machine spare inventory management and spares planning
23. Good at change management
