: Lead Engineer/Architect

Our product integrates deep data pipelines, real-time analytics, and enterprise-grade security to meet compliance requirements and capture market incentives.

The Role:

We are looking for a hands-on

Lead Engineer / Architect

who will drive the architectural vision, implementation strategy, and technical leadership for our platform. This is a critical role with significant ownership over system design, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and performant systems across our cloud-based SaaS platform Oversee and contribute to full-stack development (Node.js + React + Postgres) Define and implement infrastructure using AWS services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices Design and maintain secure authentication and authorization frameworks (Auth0, BYOK, SOC-2 readiness) Lead data integration processes with Airbyte and build robust ETL pipelines Own the system's deployment, monitoring, and fault tolerance architecture using NATS and other messaging systems Ensure high-quality releases through automation, testing, and continuous integration pipelines (GitHub Actions or equivalent) Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, and sustainability teams Mentor junior engineers and lead technical decision-making across teams

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role Proven expertise in architecting and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices Strong fluency with AI code development tools such as github co-pilot, cursor.ai and windsurf. Hands-on experience with all major components in our tech stack Deep understanding of secure application design and infrastructure (SOC-2, RBAC, key management, etc.) Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Experience working with large B2B customers and handling enterprise integration requirements

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience with SOC-2 compliance implementation Knowledge of Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) encryption strategies Background in sustainability, carbon accounting, or related industries Familiarity with lifecycle assessment methodologies or tools

Pay: ₹34,425.94 - ₹162,891.47 per month
