Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 20 years and maximum 30 years of experience in Fit-out, Retail Construction, and Project Management.
• Strong skills in vendor management, construction management, and commercial acumen.

• Lead and manage engineering construction fitout projects within the retail sector.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful project completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to drive project efficiency and delivery.
• Implement and maintain construction management best practices to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide strategic input to optimize commercial aspects of construction projects.
