Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team in Gurgaon. This role calls for a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary engineering teams toward successful project execution.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Detailed Design, FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), and full-cycle engineering management within complex EPC environments.
Experience in Data Center projects is highly preferred. Candidates with exposure to semiconductor or life sciences facilities will also be considered favorably.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering activities across all project phases, from concept to commissioning.
• Develop, review, and approve electrical system designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
• Support project planning, cost estimation, risk assessment, and quality assurance activities.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee the use of electrical design tools and ensure accuracy of engineering deliverables.

Requirements
Education: B.Tech/BE in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 15-25 years of overall experience in electrical engineering within EPC or related industries.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software such as ETAP. Specialized Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center projects (preferred).
• Experience in semiconductor or life science facilities is an added advantage.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage complex engineering workflows and deliver high-quality outcomes under demanding timelines.
