This role focuses on design review, design optimization, technical governance, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring that all engineering deliverables meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.
The ideal candidate will act as the central technical authority for electrical design--leading reviews, interfacing with clients and consultants, and guiding execution teams with clear, optimized engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Site Location (frequent travel to project sites)
1. Electrical Design Review (Lead Role)
Lead the comprehensive review of electrical engineering deliverables including SLDs, layouts, cable sizing, protection schemes, grounding systems, and equipment specifications.
Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable standards
(CEA, IS, IEC)
, site conditions, and contractual obligations.
Identify design risks early and drive corrections with internal/external design partners.
2. Design Optimization & Technical Governance
Evaluate designs to improve efficiency, reliability, constructability, and cost-effectiveness.
Recommend optimizations for
AC & DC
systems, including inverter selection, transformer configurations, switchgear layouts, and protection philosophies.
Standardize best practices, design templates, and engineering quality benchmarks across projects.
Provide technical guidance to execution teams during installation and commissioning.
3. Stakeholder Meetings & Technical Coordination
Lead all electrical design-related technical meetings with clients, consultants, EPC partners, and OEMs.
