Job Summary

As a

Lead .NET Developer

, you will be responsible for overseeing the migration of applications from .NET Framework to .NET 8. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring successful project execution while maintaining high standards of code quality, performance, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of application migration projects to .NET 8. Conduct in-depth dependency analysis to identify and mitigate migration risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and gather requirements. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members. Perform code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Optimize application performance and scalability. Stay updated on latest .NET technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (Framework and .NET Core/8). Proven experience in leading and managing development teams. Strong expertise in

C#, ASP.NET, MVC

, and related technologies. Experience with cloud platforms such as

Azure

or

AWS

is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
