Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable .NET/.NET Core applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, assisting them in their professional growth and development. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, testers, and product owners, to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions. Identify and address technical challenges, providing innovative and efficient solutions. Optimize application performance, analyzing and resolving bottlenecks and scalability issues. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in .NET technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. Investigate and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve development processes and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with support and operations teams.
