About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager - Consumer Information Data within Consumer Data & Engagement Platforms (CDEP) as part of Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB.) Customer Information Management (CIM) is a mission-critical data product that maintains and delivers accurate and timely core customer profile data across firmwide channels. The Lead Digital Product Manager is responsible for building strategy & requirements for digital platforms and properties to achieve business outcomes. In this role, you will: Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact Act as key participant in large-scale planning Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor Support the Customer Information Management Product scrum teams to deliver product features and functions to meet prioritized enterprise objectives This role will be responsible for understanding business requirements, breaking down features and writing executable user stories Work in a highly matrixed organization with the Product Owner, Product Analyst, Scrum Master, management and analyst support, and with subject matter experts across the organization Lead design sessions and work with subject matter experts to understand and capture functional and non-functional design and rule requirements. Document requirements through the creation and refinement of user stories with clear acceptance criteria and definition of done. Evaluate business value generated by requests, bringing expertise to assist in backlog prioritization and sprint planning Assist defining, measuring and tracking product OKRs and key performance indicators and business value (revenue gains, efficiency saves, etc.) Help resolve product related issues and defect management Assist in UAT test strategy development and execution Work with stakeholders from across multiple Wells Fargo lines of businesses and functions to manage the product roadmap and align it to business needs. Conduct value-based intake and prioritization across requests, bring subject matter expertise on current and emerging customer domain and technology trends to offer strategic solutions to plan and deliver product capabilities that drive business value Required Qualifications, I&P: 10+ years of Digital Product Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 10+ Agile methodology experience, JIRA or Rally , Sprint, Ceremonies, Agile Reporting, Kanban Boards 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following functional areas: large enterprise platforms and complex implementations, business technology solutions, or event-driven architecture, with a clear track record of building innovative, customer-facing capabilities 7+ years of Project Management experience, stakeholder management, Communication Understand concepts of Cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), Data Lake, Apache Tools, Marketing utilities, Microservices, API, Technical Architecture, Product Lifecycle, Desired Qualifications: Experience working in one or more of the following customer data sub-domains: identity, relationships, communication methods, preferences, privacy, solicitation, demographics.
