Job Description

Qualitrix is seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Lead with a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and stakeholder coordination within the IT services industry. This is an onsite role based in Bangalore, and we are looking for immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period.Key Responsibilities :- Drive lead generation using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other lead generation platforms.- Execute digital marketing strategies - SEO, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.- Manage Qualitrix's digital presence - website updates, SEO tracking, and social media content.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content development - case studies, blogs, webinars, etc.- Plan and run marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate inbound leads.- Support participation in industry events and manage associated marketing collaterals.- Utilize CRM systems and marketing tools (Gsuite, MS Office, email marketing platforms) effectively.- Collaborate with partner agencies for SEO and website management.- Track and report digital campaign performance and website traffic.Requirements :- MBA in Sales and Marketing (Mandatory)- 4-7 years of experience in IT services marketing, preferably QA industry.- Proven success in driving digital growth through marketing campaigns.- Experience leading small marketing teams in companies with $50M+ revenue/funding.- Expertise in SEO, social media tools, campaign management, and lead generation tools.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and content quality review skills.Work Mode: OnsiteLocation: Mezzanine Floor, Qualitrix Technologies Pvt Ltd, ROACH ICON, Doddanekundi Main Rd, Mahadevapura, Bangalore - 560048Working Days: 5 Days a Week (ref:updazz.com)
