Job Summary:

We are seeking a Creative Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing and sales initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker to work under direction of Design Head who can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring alignment with brand standards. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, startup environments where flexibility, creativity, and agility are key to success.

Job Responsibilities:

- Creative Planning:

Develop multi-channel creative strategies aligned with business goals and market trends; conduct research and competitive analysis to inform campaigns.

- Creative Execution:

Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of content, digital/social media efforts, and event promotions with cohesive messaging.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Serve as the primary liaison between marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and alignment with broader business objectives.

- Innovation & Trend Spotting:

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy and enhance campaign effectiveness; proactively suggest innovative marketing tactics.

Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in Designing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.

2. 3+ years of creative experience, with at least 2 years in an e-com and online business.

3. Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns and executing marketing strategies for diverse clients.

4. Strong understanding of website, digital marketing and social media.

5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

6. Proficient in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

7. Candidates with prior experience in the e-com industry is a must have for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
