Role Definition
Gathers and documents user/client requirements, supports the development and testing of new products or services, collects feedback from clients, and recommends improvements.
Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.
• Interfacing Manufacturing facilities and IT in order to standardize data acquisition and analytics.
• Expertise require in Snowflake , SQL & cloud.
• Supporting the organization by fulfilling data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.
• Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them.

• Manages cost items in producing and maintaining documentation.

• Establishes and references best practices for existing and planned tools and delivery vehicles for proper documentation.

Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.

• Develops organizational standards and processes in order to maximize complex product services' efficiency and effectiveness.
• Creates and introduces new techniques that expedite or simplify the development process.
• Supervises the management of multiple and diverse types of products or services.
