ViciDial installation, campaign management, server maintenance, and performance optimization
to ensure smooth and efficient calling operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain
ViciDial
on Linux servers
Manage
inbound & outbound campaigns
, dialer settings, and call flows
Create and manage
users, user groups, leads, lists, and scripts
Monitor server performance, call quality, and system uptime
Troubleshoot ViciDial issues (SIP, carrier, audio, login, lag, etc.)
Configure
IVR, DID, call routing, call recording, and reports
Integrate ViciDial with
VoIP providers and SIP trunks
Generate and analyze call center reports (agent performance, call stats)
Ensure system security, backups, and updates
Coordinate with operations and support teams for dialer optimization
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with
ViciDial (Admin level)
Good knowledge of
Linux (CentOS/AlmaLinux), CLI commands
Experience with
Asterisk, SIP, VoIP protocols
Understanding of call center KPIs & dialer metrics
Ability to handle high-volume calling environments
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
