Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Lead DevOps Engineer with Solution Architect expertise

to oversee and deliver end-to-end infrastructure projects across cloud, hybrid, and dedicated server environments. This is a leadership role that combines

hands-on technical work with team management

, driving best practices in scalability, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions (cloud + dedicated servers). Oversee hosting environments: WHM/cPanel, OpenPanel, Plesk, DNS, mail servers, firewalls. Automate deployments and monitoring (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI). Design high-availability systems with load balancers and disaster recovery plans. Lead design reviews and solution architecture for client/internal projects. Manage and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring delivery excellence. Implement observability, security hardening, and compliance frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years in DevOps, systems engineering, or cloud infrastructure. 3+ years in leadership or technical management. Strong expertise in Linux, networking, and automation scripting (Bash/Python). Hands-on with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes. Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). Knowledge of hosting infrastructure (WHM/cPanel, OpenPanel, DNS, mail).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, RHCE, CKA, or similar. Experience in IT services or hosting/cloud consulting. Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS compliance. Understanding of agile/DevOps methodologies.
