Your Role

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, managing, and securing scalable multi-cloud infrastructures while driving automation, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices. You will oversee mission-critical deployments, mentor the DevOps team, and ensure high availability, performance, and compliance across client environments. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on problem-solving to deliver future-ready cloud solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the design, management, and optimization of client-facing remote server and cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security. Oversee resolution of complex technical support queries and ensure adherence to SLAs for managed hosting services. Drive initiatives around performance tuning, patch management, network optimization, and proactive infrastructure improvements. Lead helpdesk and support operations by defining processes, setting priorities, and planning scheduled maintenance across clients. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, translating them into innovative and cost-efficient customer solutions. Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients by streamlining deployment processes through automation and standardization. Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term fixes for infrastructure and application environments. Manage large-scale dedicated and virtual server environments, including onboarding, application deployments, and migration strategies. Mentor and guide Network & IT teams, fostering capability building and knowledge-sharing across the function. Champion best practices in security, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure operations. Define and maintain health check frameworks, incident reports, and analytics dashboards for infrastructure monitoring and decision-making. Ensure organizational compliance with ISO and other industry-standard security frameworks, driving continuous audit readiness.

Architect and implement highly available, secure, and scalable multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Define and enforce DevOps best practices, governance, and compliance policies. Lead cloud migration, modernization, and automation initiatives. Oversee large-scale Kubernetes platforms (EKS, GKE, AKS) with advanced networking, scaling, and resilience. Establish SLA/SLO/SLI metrics for production workloads. Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for incidents. Evaluate and onboard new tools for monitoring, logging, security, and cost optimization. Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, conduct code/infrastructure reviews. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders for cost-effective and future-ready cloud solutions.

Proven experience leading DevOps teams and driving cloud transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in multi-cloud architecture, Kubernetes orchestration, and advanced automation practices. Solid track record of handling large-scale infrastructure with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery. Hands-on experience in designing cost-efficient, performance-optimized cloud solutions. Deep knowledge of security, governance, and compliance frameworks in cloud environments. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
