: Lead for DevOps & Commissioning Business Expert
Primarily responsible for leading a team of DevOps and Commissioning and Integration both the systems. Should have market knowledge, having done commissioning for min 2 years.. Can understand various integrations needed to bring in machine to edge ecosystem and connectivity up and running end to end. Should be able to integrate and lead the teams
Must Have: Commissioning ? Expertise in in Edge, PLC, HMI, Scada programming and industrial automations ? Good working experience in Industrial communication protocol like ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, OPC UA , MQTT ? Knowledge on Siemens SIMATIC PLC, HMI SCADA, TIA products ? Good analytical and problem-solving skills (able to analyze software requirements) ? Worked in Industrial automation commissioning for 2 years minimum ? Self-motivated, quick learner, with good verbal and written communication ? Worked in commissioning with multiple customers ? Experience in scripting is an added advantage ? Worked in digitalization topics of IOT, Cloud topics are added advantages ? Test automation experience would be an added advantage
DevOps ? Strong knowledge on basics of configuration Management process, hands-on experience on CI CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps( YAML, vNext builds) ? ? Strong work experience in writing Shell Scripts ? ? Strong knowledge and work experience in AWS/Azure cloud ? ? Hands-on experience on administration of version control tools like Git,TFS and Metrics tools like SonarQube. ? Work experience in configuring Code Quality tools like SonarQube, Team Scale. ? Strong working experience in developing build workflows using ? any scripting perl, python, shell, XAML, TFS vNext, YAML\xe2\x80\xa6
Qualification: Engineering Graduate (in Instrumentation / Electronics / Computer Science/Information science Engg).
Experience: 8 to 12 years of professional in Industrial automation & commissioning
Responsibilities Commissioning ? Work involves Edge system/components/Apps integrations to bring up Edge ecosystems up and running. ? Configuration of TIA, HMI, PLC, Edge & could applications ? Specify and analyze requirements to commission Edge systems. ? Complies with implicit and explicit requirements ? Should be able to discuss with customers / Development teams and understand requirements and setup Edge running systems ? Work also involves interaction with business partners ? Understand new requirements from customers and discuss with development and resolve ? Deploy Edge software and hardware\xe2\x80\x99s at customer locations ? Maintain the deployment setup (cusomter like environment) for all identified E2E use cases ? Ensure that the E2E usecases are running always on the deployment infrastructure ? Mentor Dev Teams on customer E2E use cases ? install the App automatically from Main branch builds to IE Hub ? IEM ? IED after every sprint delivery ? Raise bug whenever the new features delivered from the respective App is breaking the E2E use cases ? Validate the bugs, that\xe2\x80\x98re raised for breaking E2E use cases, once fixed by the team and delivered for deployment
DevOps

• This includes the responsibility of setting up a DevOps technology and process. This comprise of analysis phase consisting of understanding the current environment; a DevOps technology selection phase consisting evaluating the best DevOps technology for your needs.

• Implementation of Version Control tools and development of build workflows based on the technologies used by the development projects.

• Implementation of code analysis tools, monitoring frameworks and integration along with the daily builds.

• Ensures adherence to defined guidelines, processes and procedures, for the team assigned.

• Coordinates activities performed by the assigned team of professionals and technicians and controls execution according to the organizational guidelines
