We are seeking a

Lead/Staff Full Stack Engineer

to design, build, and evolve critical platform components at enterprise scale. This is a

hands-on individual contributor

role, focused on technical excellence and architectural leadership through expertise--not people management.


Key Responsibilities


------------------------


Design and develop complex, scalable architectural solutions for critical platform modules. Write production-grade code for high-scale systems handling 2x-4x annual growth. Lead architectural reviews and drive technical design decisions across the full stack. Optimize performance through analysis, profiling, and system improvements. Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions. Modernize existing systems by identifying and implementing architectural improvements. Design future-state architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and implementation strategies.


Required Experience & Skills

Experience




7+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft stack application development. Proven expertise in building complex, large-scale web applications in production. Demonstrated technical leadership through expertise and hands-on contribution.

Technical Expertise




Advanced:

.NET/C#, SQL Server (performance tuning, optimization), HTML/JavaScript/CSS/jQuery.

Strong:

Angular/React, distributed systems, microservices architecture.

Cloud:

AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure (App Service, SQL Database, Functions, Service Bus).

API Design:

RESTful services, GraphQL.

DevOps:

CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment automation.

Leadership & Communication




Technical mentorship through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Clear communication of complex architectural concepts. Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and QA teams. Systems thinking--balancing technical debt with long-term architecture goals.


AI-Powered Development Expertise (Critical Requirement)

Using AI tools for accelerated coding and business logic implementation.
