Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer for a mobile app development in React Native technology. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mobile app development, particularly with React Native, and demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide a team of developers through the migration process.
Responsibilities:

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and testing of the React Native application, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Code Quality Assurance: Establish coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality code is maintained throughout the development process. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA testers, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience post-migration. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the migration process, including architecture decisions, code changes, and deployment procedures. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the migration project.

Requirements:

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in mobile app development, with a focus on React Native. Proven experience leading development teams and managing complex projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in React Native, JavaScript, and related technologies (e.g., Redux, TypeScript). Familiarity with native mobile development for Android and iOS (Java/Kotlin and Swift/Objective-C). Experience with CI/CD processes and tools. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with mini-app implementation * Familiarity with mobile app security best practices.
