We are seeking a Lead Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in Java&Python Development who is a multiplier. Automotive background mainly in communication and networking domain preferred. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions. Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability.

Qualifications

Demonstrate expertise in Python3 with a proven track record of successful projects. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken. Show experience in working within a hybrid work model and adapting to changing environments. Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively.
