Lead Developer - Data Conversion (Solventum)

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

Design and implement improvements to the current work processes and tools. Provide technical direction and focus to team members in the data conversion area Monitor and execute data extraction, transformation, and loading for deployments into an SAP S/4 ecosystem, using core data conversion tools. Implement managerial and operational reporting for cleansing and load readiness. Support data load and cutover tasks for mock, dress rehearsal, and production cutover. Provide stabilization support after each data load cycle

Your skills & expertise (Minimum qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university

OR

High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Data Conversion Experience providing direction and leadership to project team members 6+ years of development experience with an ETL tool such as SAP Data Services / SAP BODS, Syniti /ADM / Cransoft, or Informatica. Experience on SAP ERP implementation projects. Experience with MS-SQL development

Additional qualifications (Nice to have):

Experience with system administration in SAP BODS or Syniti Experience with SAP data models, data conversion processes or data analytics Familiarity with SAP core functions and integration tools Experience in SAP ABAP Experience with Redwood Job Scheduler or other scheduling software
