Working closely with the Business Lead and Design Team Leader, the Lead Designer plays a critical role in driving timely revenue, maintaining premium design quality, and ensuring a seamless transition from sales to production.

Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Sales Conversion
Receive and manage assigned leads from the Business Lead / DTL
Own the lead from first client interaction to sales closure
Conduct client discussions covering:
Requirements and lifestyle needs
Budget alignment
Premium scope explanation
Prepare and present design concepts, layouts, and quotations
Conduct EC visits and client presentations
Support negotiations and closures in coordination with the Business Lead
Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline
Achieve
?30 Lakhs monthly sales conversion target
2. Design Development & Client Management
Develop premium design concepts aligned with:
Client requirements
Approved budgets
Execution feasibility
Ensure clarity in layouts, materials, finishes, and cost implications
Manage client expectations and minimise unnecessary design iterations
Deliver a professional and confident client experience
3. Push to Production & PO Ownership
Drive timely
design freeze
for closed projects
Finalise BOQs accurately and within committed timelines
Coordinate with Business Lead / DTL to ensure:
Timely PO release
Push projects into production to achieve
?20 Lakhs monthly PO target
Support execution teams with design clarifications when required
4. Timelines, Quality & Coordination
Adhere to committed timelines for:
Design development
Client approvals
Production push
Avoid cost overruns and scope deviations
Coordinate closely with:
Design Team Leader
Business Lead
Production and execution teams
Ensure smooth project handover with complete documentation
5. Process, Reporting & Discipline
Update lead and project status regularly
Track and report:
Lead stage
Sales conversion status
Design progress
PO status
Proactively escalate risks, delays, or client concerns
Follow internal design, costing, and documentation standards
