You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, performance, and reliability of heat pump equipment.Roles & Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Design & Development: Lead the design and development of High Temp heat pump systems, including both air-source and Water-source units, from concept through to production.xc2xb7 Product Optimization: Analyze and improve the efficiency and performance of heat pump systems by applying advanced thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.xc2xb7 Prototyping & Testing: Develop and test prototypes of new heat pump equipment to ensure they meet performance, regulatory, and safety standards.xc2xb7 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to integrate design solutions and ensure the overall functionality of heat pump systems.xc2xb7 Compliance & Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and energy efficiency requirements. Maintain knowledge of local and international certifications, such as CE, UL, etc.xc2xb7 Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for heat pump systems. Document design changes, test results, and project status.
Required skills:xc2xb7 Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.xc2xb7 7+ years of experience in heat pump design, HVAC systems, or related equipment design.xc2xb7 Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and system efficiency.xc2xb7 Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for equipment design and modeling.xc2xb7 Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (ASHRAE, IEC, etc.).xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.xc2xb7 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.xc2xb7 RFQ, BOM preparation and review the vendor technical Documents & DrawingsQualificationsEducational qualification:B.E (Mechanical Engineering) or relavent DegreeExperience :7 -12Mandatory/requires Skills :Preferred Skills :
