Job Description

The Design Lead for Harness will oversee the design team responsible for developing innovative and effective harness solutions. This role is critical in setting design standards, contributing to the design strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of design efforts with the organization's business objectives. The Design Lead will drive excellence in harness design by integrating advanced design thinking practices and staying updated with industry innovations.

2. Lead A Team Of Designers In Harness Design, Providing Guidance And Support To Ensure The Delivery Of High-Quality, Innovative Solutions That Align With Business Requirements.



3. Present Complex Harness Design Concepts And Strategies To Stakeholders, Facilitating Discussions To Gather Feedback And Iteratively Improve Design Outcomes.



4. Establish And Maintain Design Standards, Guidelines, And Best Practices For Harness Design, Ensuring Consistency And Quality Across All Projects.



5. Stay Informed On Industry Trends And Emerging Technologies In Harness Design, Driving Innovation And Excellence Within The Design Team And Enhancing Overall Project Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Harness Design Principles And Engineering Practices.



2. Solid Understanding Of Electrical Cabling, Schematics, And Power Distribution Methodologies.

Certification
