Key Responsibilities:Design Strategy & Execution:
Lead the design process for
web and mobile applications
from concept to launch.
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Ensure
responsive and accessible designs
for all devices and platforms.
User Experience & Research:
Conduct
user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
to optimize product design.
Define and enhance
design systems, typography, and color schemes
for consistency.
Implement
best practices in UX/UI
to improve user engagement and conversions.
Collaboration & Implementation:
Work closely with
product managers, developers, and marketing teams
to align designs with business goals.
Guide developers to ensure proper design implementation.
Manage and mentor a team of designers to uphold
design quality and innovation
.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years
of experience in
UI/UX design for mobile and web applications
.
Proficiency in
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools
.
Strong understanding of
user-centered design principles and usability testing
.
Experience in
fintech, banking, or investment platforms
is a plus.
Familiarity with
Islamic finance principles
is an advantage.
Strong portfolio showcasing
mobile and web design projects
.
