As a

Lead Designer

, you will drive the

UI/UX strategy

for Islamicly's mobile and web applications, ensuring seamless, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing designs. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create

engaging, high-performance fintech solutions

.

Key Responsibilities:Design Strategy & Execution:

? Lead the design process for

web and mobile applications

from concept to launch.

? Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

? Ensure

responsive and accessible designs

for all devices and platforms.

User Experience & Research:

? Conduct

user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis

to optimize product design.

? Define and enhance

design systems, typography, and color schemes

for consistency.

? Implement

best practices in UX/UI

to improve user engagement and conversions.

Collaboration & Implementation:

? Work closely with

product managers, developers, and marketing teams

to align designs with business goals.

? Guide developers to ensure proper design implementation.

? Manage and mentor a team of designers to uphold

design quality and innovation

.

Required Skills & Experience:

?

7+ years

of experience in

UI/UX design for mobile and web applications

.

? Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and other design tools

.

? Strong understanding of

user-centered design principles and usability testing

.

? Experience in

fintech, banking, or investment platforms

is a plus.

? Familiarity with

Islamic finance principles

is an advantage.

? Strong portfolio showcasing

mobile and web design projects

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,400,000.00 per year
