AVP - Design Management (India & APAC) - 14+ Years - Noida
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Design Manager/Architect with 14-15 years of expertise in managing large-scale corporate real estate and workplace design projects across India & APAC. In this role, you will lead end-to-end design management, collaborate with global stakeholders, and deliver innovative workplace solutions that align with international standards.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee design consultants for workplace, corporate office, and fit-out projects across India & APAC.
Lead planning, design, procurement, reporting, and execution processes to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Drive implementation of latest workplace standards, design concepts, and global best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, engineering, security, and real estate teams to ensure holistic project delivery.
Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines, developer standards, and organizational design frameworks.
Support risk management, governance, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
Elevate brand presence through benchmarking, industry networking, and participation in global design forums.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture / Interior Design with strong technical knowledge.
14-15 years of experience in design management, workplace strategy, or interior design.
Proven track record of delivering corporate office projects in APAC or ASEAN regions.
Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional global teams.
Exposure to corporate banking/financial institutions preferred.
Experience in process optimization, lean methodologies, or Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
