AGM- Lead Design - Construction - 15+ Years - Mumbai
Location - Mumbai, India
We are looking for a visionary Lead Design professional to spearhead all architectural, structural, and MEP design activities for large-scale construction projects. This role requires planning, conceptualizing, and ensuring compliance, innovation, and sustainability across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Responsibilities - * Conceptualize and plan projects in line with strategic business objectives across residential, commercial, and industrial domains.

• Lead integrated design teams including architecture, structure, MEP, interior, facade, landscape, and lighting, ensuring compliance with building codes, IGBC/LEED, and safety standards.
• Secure regulatory approvals from municipal, state, and national authorities and manage legal and property-related matters.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution, BOQ, tendering, and handover.
• Apply value engineering, cost optimization, innovative materials, BIM, and Lean management to enhance efficiency, quality, and ROI.
• Drive innovation, sustainability, team mentoring, and organizational initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence, and process improvements.

Requirements - * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• 15-22 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction design.
• Strong skills in integrated design management, structural design concepts, and project management techniques.
• Hands-on knowledge of construction materials, building systems, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent decision-making, communication, and team management capabilities.
