1. Manage, build and lead the project team.

2. Responsible for supporting to planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

3. Coordination and completion of FTTH projects on time within budget and within scope, overseeing all aspects of project management, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of the project.

4. Work closely with FTTH Engineers to plan and design the project scope, ensuring comprehensive project documentation.

5. Support in managing changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

6. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, using appropriate tools and techniques.

7. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.

8. Report and escalate to management as needed.

9. Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.

10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

12. Monitor the progress of each zone and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
