DESCRIPTION The Human Labeled Data (HLD) organization aims to provide quality data annotation to help drive AI models. Our vision is to create business value by delivering high quality data at scale. We look to provide easy and scalable labeling solution to support search that are high quality, cost efficient, and secure. Our vision is to enable improvement in the search experience for our customers, by accurately determining labels for products targeted by the search queries received. We collaborate closely with several machine learning (ML) applied science teams that develop and test ML models to improve the quality of semantic matching, ranking, computer vision, image processing, and augmented reality. Key job responsibilities . Performs quality check on the annotated data by the reviewers with high level of precision, adhering to annotation guidelines. . Performs deep-dive analysis of data, identifies problems, root cause, and solutions. . Works effectively with relevant stakeholders to execute business goals. . Owns the output quality of the process managed. . Reviews SOPs, processes, and tools to ensure that proactive changes have a positive impact on quality metrics. . Drives continuous improvement and contributes to COE (Correction of Error) process by documenting any issues in data curation and annotations. . Performs web search and reviews authoritative sources to validate data. . Coaches new hires on process tasks and provides feedback to the training team to customize training modules. . Be willing to work with the sensitive data including adult content, religious and other sensitive issues. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Gurugram, DL, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Graduate degree - 2+ years of experience as a subject matter expert or similar - Experience in e-commerce and online retail - Understanding of quality related concepts & tools such as 5Ys, 7 QC, F.M.E.A. - Intermediate knowledge and hands on experience with MS Excel - Strong written & spoken communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Training or experience in linguistics, language-related field or similar - Proficient in Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Japanese language - Knowledge of SQL, Python scripting and Machine learning - Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
