Job Description



Automation is a key element in terms of repetitive process simplification and this role looks for opportunities in this space, leads projects and drives work within their team. Role would liaise with several business partners, driving improvements, would also seeks opportunities in the rights management space for improvisation & simplification.

Key Responsibilities
Work along with backend support teams functions to design effective and simple process flows and identify challenges and work towards creating an effective operating model.
Be the owners for critical workflows and support – SAP Support, Adhoc bulk projects, Transformational project support etc.
Support all major change/improvement initiatives by supporting UAT and BVT tests.
Identify and work on order to cash simplification and streamlining projects working along with Master Black Belts using Business Process Improvement methodology.
Identify and work with various teams on system and technical issues impacting Order Management workflow. Drive projects to reduce recurring system and knowledge issues with both Technical and Order Management team respectively.
Ensuring customer data is correctly represented in the database and underlying reporting.
Identify data improvement opportunities through data analyses.
Identify system, workflow issues and drive enhancements with the help of Business Analysts.
Drives documentation ensuring data library is built which can feed into data process improvement teams.
Manages the creation of comparison reports across several internal systems using appropriate tools for Data Modelling team and special projects.

Requirements
Has strong technical skills specifically in Python, data visualization using Tableau and Power Bi, Solid relational database skills in data quality tools and Alteryx.
Good understanding of platforms such as Salesforce, CRM, SAP.
Good understanding of concepts such as data quality, data lineage and management.
Ability to apply operational and technological efficiencies to Products master, Customer master and processes and to manage these through the development lifecycle and into production.
Proven documentation and communication skills including presentation.
Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent attention to detail.
Able to manage large quantities of data.
Demonstrates good communication skills and is a good collaborator.
Systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Quick thinking and the ability to translate information/queries/requests into accurate, error-free, timely responses.
Good interpersonal and persuasive skills, with ability to interact with people across time zones.

Preferred Skills and Experience.
Experience of Salesforce/CRM or similar client data management/tracking tool.
Experience with Order Management/Order Fulfilment Systems.
