About You
Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
6+ years
of direct, hands-on experience building optimization models (e.g., linear, mixed-integer, network flow, or combinatorial).
Strong proficiency in
Python
and
Spark
for developing and deploying optimization-based solutions.
Solid understanding of
operations research techniques
and their application in real-world business problems.
Experience building large scale optimization models/ ability to build models with smart heuristic solutions
Demonstrated experience working on end-to-end solution delivery, preferably with production-grade implementation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills: able to translate technical detail into business insight, and vice versa.
Strong analytical thinking, data transformation, and problem-solving ability, especially under ambiguity.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with supply chain data and business processes.
Experience working with large datasets.
Experience deploying solutions at scale for business impact.
Background in clean code practices, version control (Git), and collaborative development environments.
