Role & Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
• Develop company A/B testing framework and test model quality.
• Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyzemodel performance and data accuracy.
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams

Candidate profile

• 7+ years in the Industry with experience in building Machine learning solutions from scratch
• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in one of Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math
• Knowledge of SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or Spark
• Proven experience building and leading quantitative analyses as well experience building AI/ML solutions for a business
• Exposure to Data and Analytics in Fintech/ Banking and Financial services vertical with good understanding of Banking products especially Credit cards, Payments, Insurance and Securities
• Possesses solid understanding of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources
• Deeply understands statistical techniques and analytical concepts including hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing important recommendations for business units.
• Successfully demonstrated experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives including productization, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a business\xe2\x80\x99s performance and driving top-line growth
• Possess excellent articulation and cross functional skills.
• Experience working with cross geographies and across cultures
