Key Responsibilities Market data layer and data Commercialization Leverage India market data layer to automate regulatory reports and commercialise the data for analytical gains Collaborate with GB / GFs . regional teams ITSOs and GACs to industrialise analytical insights from India GCP layer Champion India Data community to drive commercial benefits Champion cascade of Data Literacy and self-service pan India Collaborate with finance and operations teams to map improvement opportunities in regulatory reporting or indent fulfilment. Literacy Support the India DAO Head in sharing data best practices with cluster markets Help develop content and training materials for basic data foundational trainings Participate and moderate India data enablement forums Cascade best practices to cluster countries Monetization Participate in country initiatives on data monetization Be an SME for ensuring the right tooling cascade Is done across HSBC India data practioners Develop report based on operational metrics and efficiency at entity level Requirements Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher Technical Knowledge , past experience in handling data, data sets along with familiarity with data tools will be good to have Past background into business analytics / data science Exposure to programming languages like python, Pyspark or data tools like Alteryx as well as Qliksense will be needed.
