We're looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join our global Data Warehousing team and help to build and scale a modern, reliable, and governed data platform. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working with cutting-edge data technologies in a collaborative, international team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical data pipelines for accurate billing and financial reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and engineering to align data systems with business objectives. Lead the migration and refactoring of legacy pipelines into a modern, centralized data stack. Ensure high standards of data quality, observability, and governance across all data assets. Implement and advocate for data modeling best practices (e.g., Star Schema, Kimball, Data Vault). Contribute to the evolution of a Lakehouse architecture, integrating batch and streaming data for real-time analytics use cases. Support and improve metadata management, data lineage tracking, and data cataloging practices to promote self-service and trust in data.

Requirements:

Experience - 4-7 Yrs. Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and SQL Databases: BigQuery (required), Snowflake (preferred), ClickHouse (nice to have) ETL/Orchestration tools: Experience with dbt, Dagster (or Airflow), and Databricks Cloud: Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Data Modeling: Deep understanding of dimensional modeling (Star Schema, Kimball) and data vault methodologies. Batch vs Streaming: Clear understanding of data ingestion paradigms, real-time processing, and when to apply each. Analytics Stack: Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, and knowledge of semantic layers and data products.
