Lead Data Engineer
As a Lead Data Engineer, you will architect and lead the development of enterprise-scale data infrastructure. You will guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable data solutions.
Tasks:

• Architect and lead the development of robust data pipelines, ETL systems, and data warehouses
• Write and review high-quality code in Python and SQL
• Manage and optimize infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Lead the implementation of data orchestration using Airflow or DBT
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and product teams to align data strategy with business goals
• Drive adoption of best practices in data architecture, performance tuning, and automation
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of technical excellence

Professional Requirements and Expertise:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• Deep expertise in data warehousing, Python, SQL, ETL/data pipelines, and cloud platforms
• Strong experience with Airflow or DBT for orchestration

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Docker, serverless technologies, data architecture, Spark, NoSQL, and CI/CD
